Thomas does the corporate and transactional work, and then the disputes that arrive when a deal does not close the way the documents said it would. Doing both is unusual and it is the point: an earn-out is drafted differently by someone who has had to litigate one.
He came to Denver from a New York corporate department in 2004 and has not been persuaded to go back.
