Talk to a litigator, not an intake form
Tell us what happened and what you need to happen next. A partner reads every enquiry that arrives here, and you will hear back the same working day. Nothing you send creates an attorney-client relationship until we have both signed an engagement letter.
What happens after you send this
- 1 A partner reads it, the same working day Not an assistant, and not a queue. If it is not something we do, we say so and tell you who does.
- 2 A fifteen-minute call Free, and it is a real conversation about whether you have a case worth running, not a sales call.
- 3 A written assessment and a fixed fee for the first phase You are told what phase one costs before you decide whether to take it.
- 4 You decide If you stop here you owe nothing, and we will not chase you.
How we charge: a fee is agreed for each phase before that phase begins — assessment, pleadings, discovery, dispositive motions, trial. There is no hourly meter running between them, and the first call is free. Most matters end before the later phases are reached, which is the point.
